The fact that people were trying to discount your positive experience with her in those comments shows that they don't actually care about the truth. Just the gratification of being part of the bandwagon. Media illiteracy and mis/disinformation galore. At the end of the day, you have verifiable proof that you met her and that she was nice. I don't understand why her being nice has to be about "damage control." People think she can't possibly be kind to people ever, which is bizarre. Though like you said, the media can really attack celebs in vile ways and demoralize them. For her to be kind and interactive in a Sephora despite all the negative press says a lot about her heart and composure. Many people wouldn't be that way if they were in her position. I was 51, almost 52, when i went into menopause I didnt have hot flashes, night sweats etc. Nada. Im 76 now & i dont have anything going on involving menop symptoms. I just stop having my monthly periods.

I slept only 4 hours per day for 4 years, just imagine that and my hair texture changed.
